Ethoxylated Sorbitol Series

The ethoxylated sorbitol series is a type of nonionic surfactant, also known as an auxiliary emulsifier. Such compounds usually contain sorbitol (Sorbitan) and oxyethylene ether (Polyethylene Glycol Ether) structures, which are combined by covalent bonds. The ethoxylated sorbitol series has good emulsifying, dispersing, and wetting properties and is therefore widely used in many industrial and biomedical applications.
